'new' server.mod variables

'new' server.mod variables

I was reading all the docs included in 1.6.17, and noticed these `new` server module variables, set connect-server and set disconnect-server, as well as the default init-server bind...
My question is thus...are connect-server/disconnect-server coded without the need to bind each evnt, or has it been included simply to point the way to binding your own evnts? :-? hope that made sense
