I have 2 little problem (or question) with my eggdrop...
The first is:
Can i change the logfile flag by dcc or telnet...i want to change it without edit the eggdrop.conf...

the second.
i have eggdrop v1.6.17, why the command

Its not an command if it doesnt work?

.loadmod require you to be a perm owner. see the 'set owner' setting in your config.
