my bot always sets 100s of -eeee modes in a channel where the guys run a script to set +e for all users.
i tired to turn it off. but cant really find it.

set dynamicexempts off
set userexempts off
exempt-time to 0

anyone has a idea. what it is???

You must do: .chanset #your-chan +userexempts
