Help with dccsend

When i try dccsend this allways happens:
<owner> .tcl dccsend listao.txt ka0n
<BOT> Tcl: 5
I'm loading the following modules:
set mod-path "modules/"
loadmodule filesys
loadmodule channels
loadmodule server
loadmodule ctcp
loadmodule irc
loadmodule transfer
loadmodule share
loadmodule notes
loadmodule console

5 copy-to-tmp is enabled and the file already exists in the temp
directory
