Core.tgz Help.

Hello.
I searched alot on Google, and also on the forums but i cant seem to find anything related to installing, or even finding, Core.tgz
I'd appreciate if someone would be willing to relate it to me in layman's terms. A piece from the Readme;

The module with this readme may be crypted,
don't worry you just need to install core.tgz
and to follow the instructions.

Instead of downloading each time the module
from the website, just try the bot commands :
.webmodlist and .webdownload

I think ur on the wrong forum i remember something like that hmm just get the file load it and do in partyline those commands and it will download the crap u need if i remember well
