Where is .help stored/located

Where is the output of .help stored/located in the source, which file ?

And where is "What? You need '.help'" located?

umm i would think the "what you need help?" is located in core.english.lang in your bots language directory.. all the help stuff is the help directory..

I found, and changed some lines, restarted, no success.
