How do I make all my bots join/part at the same time?

I was wondering if there was a script/command on netbot, or something so I can have all my bots join/part at the same time.

.netjoin #channel - makes them all join to a specific channel in the same time
.netpart #channel - makes them all part in the same time a chan

However, if not all of them part/join same time check that all bots are linked and have netbots flag and be sure you've selected all of them to be controlled with netbots-command by typing the following:
.netcontrol *

do i need to install the netbot.tcl in every bot could that be my problem?
