Looking for MySQL Seen Script

I am looking for an mySQL seen script. I have found this one http://eggdrop.wizardteam.com/ However it requires MyTCL Which I cannot find anywhere the www.mytcl.cx and the spaceapes mytcl site are both offline.

Any help links would be greatly appreciated.
