Not the best advice. +userbans allows bans to be entered to the bot either through public and/or message commands, it has nothing to do with +/- dynamicbans, which is this persons real problem.
I set ban-time to 0 now, dont know if that will solve the problem. We'll see.
It has nothing to do with dynamicbans either, since i already said: These bans were NOT set in the bot's internal banlist, nor where they set when the channel bans were unset.
The best way to start learning is to start helping.
fyi, a standard eggdrop 1.6x series, set to +dynamicbans, will remove any and all bans on a channels banlist, unless it is a sticky ban. It doesn't need to be in the bot at all.

FYI, His point is still valid, as -dynamicbans will make the bot place ALL bans in its internal banlist. (Can fill up a channel banlist pretty quick this way)
ban-time 0 is indeed what he wanted, and he found it.
