Running commands when connected

Just wondering how do I make my bot run commands when it is connected to a server?

For example,

When connected to a server, I'd want to bot to identify its nickname by doing .msg nickserv identify password.

That's just one of the examples. I hope someone might be able to help me. Thanks.

use init-server in conf
