Flags in Tcl

Hi,

I am real new to the eggdrops. I keep seeing in tcl scripts that flags must be set a certain way to make, for example: !start command work in trivia. How do i set these flags for users and for the master.

Well, you can change flags using the dcc .chattr command. Please do a .help chattr and a .help whois
Once the game is over, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.
