Question about Server setting mode and eggy undoing

[02:08:45] * irc.utgames.com sets mode: +b *!*@omfghi.com
[02:08:45] * proxy was kicked by irc.utgames.com (Flooding (Limit is 6 lines per 6 seconds))
[02:08:46] * raven sets mode: -b *!*@omfghi.com

this is what happens. Proxy testing the flood settings for our server and raven (our eggdrop) unbans him

[01:57:26] * services.rav3.net sets mode: +o joshua
[01:57:27] * raven sets mode: -o Joshua

it seems the eggy doesnt allow the services / server to set any mode. how do we fix that so that the eggy allows it?

look near the top of irc module in your eggdrop.conf...
