Problem with eggdrop...

I am new to eggdrop(well haven't used it in 3 years or so)

Today I followed the directions on my shell account and set up my eggdrop. When I go to load it on telnet it says...

--Loading eggdrop v1.6.15 <sun jul 6 2003>
*please make sure you edit your config file completely.

And the bot never shows up on IRC. I did edit the config file as the site says. I uploaded it as well. Still says this... Can anyone help? Thanks!

There are a couple of "die" lines buried within eggdrop's massive default config file that are there to kill the bot if you haven't gone through the config file completely (in which case it's expected one would have spotted those lines and deleted them).

Do a find in your config file for the line.
