Verify that the bot is opped and the userfile contains the correct hostname (including possible ~identd problems).
I test it witn 1.6.13 and 1.6.15 but with both the same Problem, and the Ident can not be the Prob /msg BotNick op Password #Channel work with 1.6.13 and 1.6.15. And if i make .channel #Channel i see the v Flat at this User. It need to be a other Problem But i dont not witch
