Topic script - bad memory =/

hi,

I am sure I remember seeing a small topic script where you told the bot certain topics, i.e

Topic 1 = Welcome to #MyChan
Topic 2 = This channel rocks!

Then users can just type !topic 1 to set the topic.
Anyone know this script, or suggest how to write it myself?
