FTP Commands

I want to directly download the eggdrop file to my shell. What commands would i use to do this.

or you can just type lynx ftp://ftp.eggheads.org/pub/eggdrop/sour ... .13.tar.gz
(note this only works if lynx is available on your shell)

you can also just download it to your computer and upload it to the shell using a ftp proggie
