Simple question... how can i delete a "+n" user?

Up to 2 steps are required.
You are required to have global +n yourself
1: Try deleting the user using ".-user <handle>"
Should that fail.
2: Edit the config file, and remove the owners handle from the "owner" setting. Retry step 1
