Rcon module

I found rcon module, but how do i use it, i am installed it correctly and its running on my eggdrop fine. All server infos are right, what i need to type in irc to send command to server. Is this module working on Steam CS?

I got it working, but is there way to get each team stats when write !stats in irc?
