need-op, ....

Well, how can i change need-op etc, when I have ctcp chat, and write to my bot .chanset #badbeavers need-op {}, he said "Due to security concerns, only permanent owners can set these modes." Changing the config file doesn't help

After sucessful altering and uncommenting of the line originally reading

#set owner "MrLame, MrsLame"

you need to rehash.

and the owner will be [MoD] i.e. when my nick on the irc is [MoD]??
