User mode Problem

My problem is this:

OP sets mode +v User
Bot sets mode -v User

wich setting is the right one, that my bot won't do that?

This would probably be down to a 3rd party tcl script you have on eggdrop or wrong user flags (if the person is a user on the bot). But there are no settings that i can recall that would trigger eggdrop to do something like this.
