publishing my script

my script is nearly complete v1.0 anyways
what should i do before i publish do i have any legal standings, is there anything i should know

depends if you want to enforce some sort of copyright. if you don't, then a standard disclamer would really be all you need (though you could just not tell anybody who you are - can't sue someone when ya can't find them

)
