help with script - netsplit bans

Guys I give up!
Can anyone write a small script that will make an eggdrop automatically unban server bans after a netsplit rejoin ?

come on guys ... I'm sure many ppl out there can help by writing a small script that will make the eggdrop take care of server bans on netsplit rejoin !
