Zusatz kick/(un)ban script Help please!

Hi guyz,

I will really apperciate it someone can help me with this script. I can get it running normally but the !unban <no> can never works.

Try find the author maybe..

Sadly there's no email given in this script and pretty much make it impossible to email the owner. I have toy around with this script but it just seems that somewhere is wrong to get !unban 1 to work.
