[REQ] Key encryption ok/fail script

I got this script.

But i want to make it alittle different and allitle better.

want i want it to do is this.

<user> test
<bot> Key encryption ok

<user> test
<bot> Key encryption failed

So if any kind soul want to set up this script i would be glad.

if its even possible that is =)
