er... I'm feeling so stupid... But I want to have public commands, like .adduser for typing in the channel... Do you know any scripts for that, and if yes... how to install/setup them?

Check out my script "The Quickening" on the tcl pages on this site or on my site (see below). 114 public commands for just this and a LOT more.
