[Dalnet] Bot won't join +R channels

I'm running eggdrop 1.6.9 and when I try to get it to join a +R channel it just sits there. The bot is authed with nickserv. Anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Server desynch would be my guess. Sit with console +rv on and see what's happening.
