hPlease help with the kicks

Hey all.. this egg 168, keeps kicking people on (flood), even tho i've set him appropriately at 0:58 in the flood places (chan, nick)

But he is still kicking, i wonder why? Anyone can help with this problem? Please be ncie .

So set the settings:
.chanset <channel> flood-chan 0:1
or
.chanset <channel> flood-chan 1:0
this is supposed to deactivate the flood protection.
