Evening yall.

I have a request. Here goes.

I am looking for something like this.

<user> !rules channel

Then the bot pm's the user the contents of (for example) channel.rules

If the user used

<user>!rules website

Then the bot would pm the user the contents of website.rules

Does that make sence? If can be files or can be defined in the tcl. A file would be easier to maintain.
