on connect gline

I need a script, that gline a bad user on connect - example:

[02:27] -NOTICE- *** Notice -- Client connecting on port 6667: TJTJTJ (TJTJTJ@c-67-185-103-184.hsd1.wa.comcast.net) [clients]

if TJTJTJ@* is blacklisted, the bot gline the user.
