sharing channel flags acquired from leafs

sharing channel flags acquired from leafs

Right now, my hub is +hp and leafs +s. I'd like to have channel flags "ie: |+A" to be shared on the botnet. Atm, when a leaf adds channel flags, it doesn't show up on .whois from the hub.
