New develop version of Eggdrop

If you visit :
https://github.com/eggheads/eggdrop/
and over on the right click on:
"Clone or download"
button, you can get the new version that they are working on.

Has built in SASL login.

Also something with oident spoofing.

I've tried the SASL, and it works. :)
( Haven't tried the oident stuff. )
