[SOLVED] Change user right

Hi!

Anyone mind to tell how do i change certain right e.g to make /bwho or /bvhost made available only to psybnc admin
therefore, normal user will get an error message while issuing that command

ok i figured it out
it's on p_hash.c file on src/
