Secure this deop on op script?

Thanks for you're help rosc, I don't think this is going to get any secure, it works some/ helps some..

Can paste this is:
/mode #chan -o Me
/mode #chan +o Me
/mode #chan +o UsersNick
/mode #chan -o Me
/mode #chan +o Me
/mode #chan +o UsersNick
/mode #chan -o Me
/mode #chan +o Me
/mode #chan +o UsersNick

and it will pass it again LOL so I think op/deop flood should be enabled now.
