is there a nice way
to ignore users who just joined us in the irc channel
before theye can use commands like !voice ore else
and also telling them that theye need to join our channel atleast for a our ore so

Simply set the channel +m; only voiced/opped users can chat in the channel.
Add [SOLVED] to the thread title if your issue has been.
