I want give my bot some privledge, means op, and founder access.

how to ?

Follow these steps:

1. Change your nick to the bot's nick
2. Perform the appropriate commands to attain the needed level

And there you go, your bot has now access

or you can do it via partyline by using the .dump command. For example

.dump cs set #channel founder
