Hello I need a script which will checks do on this site: http://www.sensiblesoccer.de/index.php? ... one_result is new result and if is it will send msg to channel with result, i tried but i can`t do it :( pls help

Yeah, I knew that u will say it :D but i can`t create a rss site with it ;/ It`s really hard without rss script? i know it in mirc scripting and its easy, but i need a tcl ..
