since nobody has replied yet with the script you need, I'd presume nobody thinks such script would serve any rational purpose

this is a good occasion for you to start learning Tcl and eventually write the script yourself

I allready learning it.
I need to modify pwf.tcl, thats why i'm learning tcl.

I write: !bad nick
Bot sends notice to me: nick added to bad.txt
I write: !badlist
Bot sends msg to channel: Bad people: all nicks from bad.txt
I write: !badc
Bot sends msg to channel: bot.txt listed people.

Please.
