Channel stats to web page

I am trying to use one of the .tcl's that will publish a channel stats web page but I am doing something wrong and it is not working. I think the problem is how I am setting things up in the .tcl. It asks to
"set wwwfile "/Your-www-directory/Wwwwstat/member" I am not sure what that means and it also asks to "set wwwurl http://www.your-server/~you/Wwwwstat/member"
Is that part be on the channel web site at "http://www.mychannelwebsite.com/Wwwwstat/member" ? And it'll create a page titled "member"???
