Well there are 2 things it could be.

1) You have another script causing your eggdrop to set those modes or more likley

2) you have inadvertently set that channel to +mi in its chan file. To remove those settings from your eggdrop type this in the partyline.

.chanset #poland chanmode -mi
This should fix your problem. If it doesnt then there is a script you have added causing this problem.
.chanset #poland chanmode +nt would be more logical.. not sure he wants to enforce -im
