creating a "freinds" list

hi i have an idea for an added function to my bot. i want to make a script so that when ppl join my channel the can type !addf or soemthing then their channel will be displayed with a list of others by the bot when some types !friends . however is it possible for it to be done so that if the person that added a channel leaves our channel then it will be removed from teh friends list ? is this possible?
can anyone give me any clues as to go about it?
