Do you have the correct setting for net-type in your config ?

It was correct (ircnet) but I set it to "others" instead and restarted... and it started working, weird. I recently set up an eggdrop (v1.6.17) and got it working quickly. I got it into my chan and stuff, tried rejoining, but it just doesn't op me.

/msg botnick op pass (channel) does nothing, but /msg botnick help works. When I type .op on DCC chat, it says "Gave op to mynickname on #channel", but nothing happens. When I ask someone else to op me and do .deop and then .op, it works.

What could be the problem?
Statistics: Posted by chronos — Fri May 13, 2005 9:48 am
