unreal TCL

Been trying Q-Stat, it have like 10000 games in it, but not UT 99, and i couldent get it to work.. how ever i found most of the TCL i used to have, 1 file missing tho, thats the file where i store the servers, but i cant figure out how to make it work but if somone want to take a look at it and maybe solve my problems, leav me a message and include your mail, then i send it to you, i have been trying to figure out how to make it work again, but cant

I would like to see a TCL that can

1: connect to a Unreal Tournament server.
2: gather the info from the players there.
3: send it to the nick requesting it in /msg.

like:

Amount of players.
Players nick's.
Map they playing.

i have seen a fev types of this scripts. but they are to complicated. i have only seen one good script, that was made by a dude calling him self Stalin, but havens seen him around for ages, and lost his TCL when lightning took out my HD's. and no, i didnt have a backup containg the TCL i wanted to get back
