Hi,

I updated my botnet to the newest version of netbots (v4.05). I made a complete new netset.tcl and updated the whole netbots scipt with the new config file manually to every bot. everything works fine except that the whole botnet doesn`t regain it`s altnicks anymore. the bots aren`t trying to. thair main nicks are not in use. but they don`t rename. of course in every eggdrop.conf the set keep-nick is set to 1.
before the update the regaining of the main nick worked without any problems. the bot tried to rename and if the main nick was not in use it rename to it. but now it even doesn`t try anymore.

I hope I can get some help in this forum. I still tried a lot and rechecked the config files but all without success.

greeting
xeon

P.S. sorry for my non-perfect, but my mother tongue is german
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Sun Jan 27, 2002 8:34 am
