Hey again, i read your message good i think but, you tel me use the
/ctcp *bot* chat. well i can't. Even that don't work so i think i have somthing wrong in the eggdrop config.

da..., read my post closer! if you are firewalled you have to use "/ctcp chat" because you cannot accept incomming connections ><.

PS: if you not even familiar with English, you should really think over running your own eggdrop. If you are more familiar with German, I can repeat my answer .

Thnx fot your reaction, i have trie to read de manual ... but my english remember can you a littel bit more telling me. You have seen that i am using an router, this is an E-Tech router connected on the wan port en i have an speedtouch 510 modem ....... so thats for a long time the problem i think please sorry for asking it but can you help me ? the onley thing is i need dcc'ing to the bot from mirc for his comments, thats the main problem.

I tried to set de firewall on disable and now i dont now wat to do

i am using XP-Home but i think i am going back to 98se

is that wissley ?

check your ports for beeing firewalled, remember if you /chat the bot, you must be able to accept the incomming TCP con, if you /ctcp .. chat the bot, the bot must be able to receive your incomming TCP con.

First my excus for my bad english, sorry for that

I have an eggdrop v1.5.4 and thats alright for me

But i have one major problem i cant use the dcc when i trie that then i see this when i use the dcc Failed to connect (invalid port).

when i use the ctcp option then i see this DCC Chat session

Now there are 2 windows opening and i get the same line's

What have i doing wrong in the config ?

Is there someone who email me with an good config-file with the good dcc lines in it ?
