I wish to make a list in a bot. The list should be updateable by any user of the group, with a function such as !Learn.
Example : !learn "Name" "url"
The data should then be stored in a *.txt (preferable) or in another way.
The stored list would then have X entries and should be able to display those entries as a list in a private message from the bot, when ordered by a function, such as : !list
When an entry to the list is outdated, it should have a function to either : 1. Delete that specific entry, such as : !list delete "name" (or "number")
2. Or display "fulfilled" for any preset amount of days, such as : !list fulfilled "name" as set to maybe 2-3 days. (preferable)

Maybe it would be easier for the "database" if the entries is auto numbered and we would use numbers instead of names, I don't know.

I don't know much about scripts in iRC (in fact nothing), so hope to get some help. TIA. :)
