I've been have a similar problem which only popped up recently, My bot unban every ban set a second after its set. Its pretty annoying too :|

I have no idea what is causing it but maybe dynamicbans will fix it for me too :>
the likely suspect: one of your +o/+f users who has that hostmask and you have +protectops/+protectfriends set

when my bot geta halfed oped or fully oped it likes to unban everyone in the ban list... or he will jus do it randomly....

how can i fix this?
