/cs op #room nick /cs deop #room nick /cs voice #room nick..

I allready try fix but it no work .My bot said that " #Public is active but has no ops

in my DCC
what can i do that...

most likely due desynch - a situation when different servers (and consequently, users on different servers) see different channel modes/ops/bans/users on the same channel - temporary issue which usually goes away when servers split and reconnect (resync)

why?
