Looking For a !list TCL

I am looking for a TCL script that will allow irc users to type !list and receive a list of triggers the bot knows, then either type !trigger, !tellme trigger, or trigger to view the info. I also want to be able to teach the bot new triggers with commands like !add, !insert, !remove, etc etc. I have found a few but not exactly what I was looking for..

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
