Problem with Bot_Identifyer - bot not joining due to +R

I have installed the "Bot_Identifyer Script" but instead of identifying to nickserv first and joining the channel, the bot identifies after trying to join the channel...

I've tried editing the tcl script but still cant find a way through. Please help. not is running on a Dalnet type server.
