Maximum, well infinity is a irrational and undefined number. But if you use 99999999999 or 573534534 etc randomly any big number you might consider it equal to maximum.

If you want to add a ban forever just set it to '0' as mentioned, there is no need to add a timer. Then that ban placed will be only removed manually and not by any timer.

Im looking for the maximum number in minutes. Not to make bans indefinite by disabling it.

Don't know, but you can disable it with puting it on 0.
